Very high — Amtrak NEC + MARC Penn frequencies. WMATA Orange Line runs every 4-12 minutes depending on time of day.

Limited at the station itself; the surrounding area is mostly office park and highway interchange. New Carrollton restaurants 1-2 miles east.
